INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY
Our experts can do more
InterDev Consulting, Inc. has two full-time consultants/trainers and two part-time staff. It also has a pool of associates, resources persons and consultants available on notice.
When tendering for contracts requiring a different set of competencies other than that available among the consultants/trainers, a project team is assembled from a network of associates and partners.
The members of our teams are individuals uniquely qualified for a particular task. It is our belief that service provider’s quality flows from matching tasks with appropriate skills and competencies. In addition, our organizational structure is such that individual consultant and associates’ competencies complement each other. In assembling our project teams, we therefore, invest heavily in networking, backup and backstopping.
InterDev’s experience in the conduct and management of training ranges from a two-day team building and values education courses to a month-long training of trainers of various subjects from organizational governance, social marketing and franchising, business planning, financial management and micro finance programming and operations audit.
Apart from the conduct and management of training, the InterDev consulting, Inc. is also into technical assistance like consultancy, coaching and mentoring among NGOs and GOs in the Philippines and outside. As a result in many cases, InterDev is also asked to develop manuals – training, operations, credit and micro-finance, and financial systems.
With enterprise development and organizational development as its expertise, the InterDev assists in the development of strategic plans, project development and management, feasibility studies and business plans among institutions engaged in development work.
InterDev is involved in the conduct of external evaluation of NGOs and donors agencies with criteria based on results-based management, logical framework and the widely acceptable DAC criteria on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
